So we have decided to try our hand at selling some of our hats at an upcoming craft fair. When trying to think up some cute decorations for our booth, I came across some ideas for crocheted garland. This is what I came up with! It's so cute, I can't wait to string it along our table. And it was so quick and easy to make!

Meet Chloe
Meet our newest model Chloe! My friends little girls let me "borrow" her to be our newborn hat model. Her head is still a little too small. Oh, and little Chloe cries and laughs. She has woken us up a couple times with her sporadic crying in the middle of the night. I am going to have to swap her out with a non vocal baby very soon!

Happy client ~ Clare
I received photos today of Clare, whose mother also purchased an owl hat for her. The hats alone are cute, but seeing them on humans makes them so much more adorable. Especially on little girls named Clare!! I just had to share with all of you!!
Thanks for the photo Ande and Clare, I'm so glad you love my hats, they look simply stunning on you!

St. Patrick's Day Crochet Top Hat
So I saw a photo of a leprechaun hat online and just knew I had to try and create one of my own. I needed motivation and thankfully had a photographer acquaintance request one to use as a prop. I played around with it today and was so excited I was able to work it out! The yellow buckle was tricky. I didn't mean for it to ruffle but I thought it looked so cute that way, I decided to keep it! It's amazing how accomplished I always feel when I can't figure something out and then I finally get it!!
Here it is! I'll try to get a photo of a baby wearing it. Just for fun I tried it on but it's a bit to small (obviously) :) But I think with a few bobby pins I may be able to pull this off on St. Patty's Day! Maybe it would need to be a little smaller actually, to look more like an accessory rather than a too-small hat!! Also, because of the fact I am childless, I tried it on my adorable talking Brother Bear and he just loves it!
$25 and this adorable little holiday hat is all yours! Contact us to place an order :-)

Panda?
This hat is a work in progress. I was bored and wanted to try something new. I think next time I would try making the bigger black part of the eyes bigger. Also, I need to try some different options for the nose and mouth. And as you can see, I still need to add the braids. But either way this little guy is super cute!
Are you ready for some football?
This hat was a custom order. A client is having a little boy and wanted to do know if I could do a football hat. I think it turned out so precious! At first I made it without the pom pom, I was worried it might look a little girly with it on there. But after adding it, I can see now just how wrong I was!
This was for an out of town client but she assured me she would send a photo of little boy blue in his new football hat and I can't wait to see it on him!
